Trail riding / Adventure ridingWe offer trail rides / adventure rides for those who wish to experience more than the average beginners ride. Those who feel comfortable trotting and galloping will find an exciting riding adventure along beautiful soft forest trails at Unicorn Farm. We offer trail rides / adventure rides all year around, summer and winter. For those who are less experienced and / or wishes for a calmer experience we offer shorter rides at walking pace where we enjoy the tranquility of northern pine forests. |

Horse adventuresA horse adventure may be anything from just touching a horses muzzle for the first time to galloping at full speed down a narrow forest trail. The level of experience and how it feels can only be determined by the individual. At Unicorn Farm
YOU are welcome to experience YOUR personal horse adventure whether
you wish to just pat a horse or spend the whole day in the saddle. It
is YOUR choice! |

Wilderness riding / Trail riding SummerWilderness Riding is for those who wish to get real close with nature, leave the gravel roads behind and ride along narrow winding trails beneath tall pines. The terrain is sometimes rough and the pace is naturally slower. Wilderness Riding is a nature experience from horseback. |

Wilderness riding / Trail riding WinterAt Unicorn Farm you can experience the nature from horseback summer and winter. Wilderness riding / trail riding is a special experience during winter when the landscape i covered by snow. Riding in winter temperatures requires warm clothes for an optimal experience. At Unicorn Farm
we provide all winter guests with a winter overall, riding gloves and
thermo riding boots. |

Horse and Carriage / SledVisit Unicorn Farm for an old fashioned ride with a horse and carriage / sled. Our sturdy workhorse, the Ardenner "Klompe" will get his old work harness and be put in front of the carriage / sled. Slowly we will be pulled along winding narrow roads through the northern forest covered landscape. Horse and carriage
/ sled is a beautiful experience for young and old, a horse adventure
for everyone. Why not finish of with a romantic pick-nick by the lake
or BBQ a sausage on open fire. |

Timber logging with horseAt Unicorn Farm you can travel back in time to those days when timber was pulled out from the forest by the use of a sturdy work horse. You will, with our help, get the full experience, fetch the horse, put the harness on, go to the forest, load some logs on the work sled and pull them home. This activity is
an unusual new experience for the younger generation and will trigger
many good memories among those from the oldest generation. |

Horseback archeryHorseback Archery is probably one of the oldest sports in the world however new as a sport in modern day Sweden. At Unicorn Farm you can come and try it out. To aim and shoot an arrow with a bow from the back of a galloping horse requires a rider with well developed sense of balance and great courage. Pay us a visit and try horseback archery, if you dare... If you are not
a dare devil we will start you of at walking pace then it is up to you
to do it in trot or even gallop. |
